Let me introduce myself.

My name is Cosmin Campean and I am 26 years old.

I am Hair Design Specialist, I own the Elite Barbershop & Academy with 4 locations in 2 different cities and currently have 18 people in my team.

I have 9 years of experience as a barber. For 4 years now I’ve started my mission as a trainer and helped over 200 people step to the next level on my courses and workshops.

Last year me and my team built one of the greatest barber shows in Europe with over 200 people as an audience.

But in the beginning wasn't like this. To be honest was really hard.

I didn't have clients, work conditions  and money. 

In that time I was said that this is my faith. I’m unlucky.

 

I didn’t saw that was my foul. My barbering knowledge was critically low. 

I have decided to learn everything I could to improve my techniques. I have started growing but not as much as I wanted.

​

I wanted to be successful. To be recognise by everyone and start teach people.

This was the moment when I realised that to succeed I need to be more than a barber. 

​

I NEED TO BE COMPLEX.

​

I need to know how to create a great haircut but then I need to know how to ’’sell it’’. So for that

I need to be a good photographer good & a good online marketer.

 

SO THIS WAS MY WAY

• I learned to control every tool I use: scissors, clipper, comb, blade, hair dryer, styling products.

• I learned the characteristics of the basic hairstyles: Pompadour, Crop, Quiff, Slik Back, Comb Over.

• I learned the basics of portrait photography.

• I learned  how to promote my works on social media with paid marketing.

And guess what, my professional life changed.

I gained a lot of new customers, I’ve started having people asking to learn from me and I have been called by barbershop owners from other cities to run workshops for their team members. 

 

I am happy because my vision is clear now.

I know that the only secret for professional success is to be COMPLEX.
